Ruth Angeline (Pudelek) Nawrocki

Ruth A. Nawrocki, 90, formerly of the Lake Geneva Area died on Sunday August 2^nd, 2015 at Mercy Harvard Community Care.

Born Ruth Angeline Pudelek to the late Walter and Rose (Boryski) Pudelek on September 15^th, 1924 in Chicago Illinois.

3 children survive Ruth: Karen (Ziggy) Lassa of Las Vegas, NV, Gerard M. (Denise) Nawrocki of Fox Lake, Ill, and Bonnie (John) Cortell of Kingston, Ill. 7 Grandchildren survive Ruth: Erica Lassa, Jessica Bolden, Sara Cortell, Christopher Cortell, Deirdre (Jesse) Hopkins, Nessa (Anthony) Gerber and Jerrod (Jaime) Nawrocki.  Many great grandchildren also survive Ruth.  Ruth was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Gerard in 2006 and one sister, Anne Giersz.

There will be  a memorial service held for Ruth at 2:00p.m. on Friday August 7^th, 2015 in the chapel of Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services.  Father Jim Schuerman will be presiding.  Visitation will be held from 1:00p.m. until the time of the service.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family has asked that a donation be made in Ruth’s name to the Angel fund at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church in Lake Geneva.  Information has been provided below.
