Patricia M. Kadel

Patricia M. Kadel, 69, a lifelong resident of the Lake Geneva area, died Wednesday April 27, 2016 at her home in Pell Lake.  The former Patricia M. Pond was born in Elkhorn, WI on February 19, 1947 the daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Pearson) Pond.  She graduated from Badger High School in Lake Geneva in 1965.  On January 11, 1982 in Elkhorn, WI she was united in marriage to Lee A. Kadel.  Patricia is survived by: Lee, her husband of 34 years, a daughter Liz (Chris) Drabek of Pella, IA 2 granddaughters Dorla and Zoe, and 3 brothers; Mike (Debbie)Pond of Beloit, WI, Andy (Karen) Pond of Port Charlotte, FL and Willie Pond of  Elkhorn, WI.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

A gathering of friends to celebrate Patricia’s life will be held on Saturday May 7, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Lake Geneva.  In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials are requested in Patricia’s name to: Lakeland Animal Welfare Shelter.  To sign the on-line guest registry click guest book/condolences.
