So sorry to hear about Barry's passing. Grew up in GC with him & knew his family. Our parents were friends from American Legion. When Barry had the bar in the Legion hall it was a fun place to go.

Deepest sympathy to you all. Sorry, we can not attend but you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Both Barry and David started off their lives living across the street from each other. One night Buster told me that they were up rocking Barry and could see that we were up with rocking David. Just had to share Buster's comment with you. He was laughing at that.
He will be missed and always appreciated for his work for the community and his appreciation of others..

I've been remembering all the great times I had with him: playing ball as kids against the school wall; softball; Chetek; The Big Apple; and of course, his name sake, Barry's. I feel as if I've known Barry forever even though it's only been a couple years. He was an amazing person to work for and a great friend, he always knew how to cheer you up if you were down and knew the right thing to say. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I am so very sad to hear this news. I knew Barry for many many years shooting darts and just going to the bar to see everyone. He was such a kind caring funny guy even offered me a job when I didn't have one!! Rest in Peace Barry, you will be missed by so many!
