Thomas Michalchik Obituary

Thomas Michalchik, 84, of the Lake Geneva Area passed away on Friday September 22, 2023 at Geneva Lake Manor.

Thomas was born on September 19, 1939, to the late Trofim and Sophia (Boichuk) Michalchick Wausaukee, Wisconsin. Thomas is survived by his one sister Olga Ruys, his niece Barbara Ruys and his nephew David James.

A graveside service will be held for Thomas on Wednesday September 27th, 2023 at Elmwood Cemetary in River Grove, Illinois.
