Mary Katheryn (Baird) Allen

Mary K. Allen, 70, of Lake Geneva, passed away on Wednesday May 6th, 2020 at Aroura Lakeland Medical Center.

Born Mary Katheryn Baird to the late David and Evelyn (Fisch) Baird in Spokane Washington.  On March 19th, 1971 Mary was united into marriage to Clyde “Pat” Allen in Spokane Washington.

Mary, a believer in Jesus Christ, desired nothing more than to serve her Lord and Savior.  Mary's passion was to know Jesus and share him with others.  Mary loved to sew, knit, and do crafts, many of which won her multiple Blue-Ribbon awards at the DuPage County Fair. Mary spent her free time volunteering at Inspiration Ministries repair clothes.  Mary was a lady with many talents and hobbies but none of them overshadowed her love and dedication that she had for her family.

Mary is survived by her husband of 49 years Clyde "Pat" Allen.  3 children survive Mary: Andrea “Michelle” (Victor) Talbott of Aurora, Illinois; Davide Patrick (Angela) Allen of Germany; and Catherine Anne Allen of Aurora, Illinois.  8 Grandchildren: Elizabeth, Trinity, Abigail, Joshua, Marion, Aubrey, and Allison, and 1 great-grandchild: Melody Rose all survive Mary.  1 sister: Susan Baird of Spokane, Washington also survives Mary.  Mary was preceeded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Elizabeth.

Private family services will be held.
