Jeffery Alan Nethery

Jefferey A. Nethery, 56, of the Elkhorn area passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday August 25th, 2020 at Aurora Siani Hospital in Milwaukee.  

Born Jefferey Alan Nethery to Houston Nethery and Nancy Fechner on January 26, 1964 in Minnesota.  After High School Jeff entered into the United States Army where he earned the rank of Sergant.  On December 7th, 1991 Jeff was united into marriage to Beth Ann Blahnik in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.  Jeff worked in Law Enforcement for the Lake Geneva Police Department for 25 plus years.

Jeff was an avid outdoorsman.  He was a member of Ducks Unlimited, the NRA and a lifetime member of the North American Hunting Club.  Jeff was also a big supporter of the Walworth County Alliance for Children.

Jeff is survived by his wife of 28 years, Beth and 1 son Jake.  Jeff is also survived by his mother Nancy and 1 brother Kevin (Linda) Pawlak.

Services for Jeff will be held on Tuesday September 1, 2020 at 5:00pm in the main chapel of Derrick Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held prior to the service from 3:00pm till 5:00pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family will be making a donation in Jeff’s name to a charity yet to be determined.  You can contribute to this by using the “Donations" tab on the top of the obituary.
