David Burton Hackett born Oct. 20th. 1929 in Boulder, Colorado died Oct. 13th. 2021 died in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin at the age of 91.
David lived life to the fullest, he was an expert archer, a ski instructor, he loved hunting, camping, fishing, golf, the Packers, jazz music, traveling out west, and anything to do with the great outdoors. He worked at Baxter Travenol as a supervisor designing medical equipment. He also worked at Borg Instruments as a tool and die maker. He had his own machinest business, and archery shop in his basement, and was a licensed pilot and flew a private plane.
David is survived by his Brother Jon Terry Hackett Greendale, Wisconsin, Daughter Melanie R. Domino Genoa City, Wisconsin, Daughter Bonnie Hackett, Racine Wisconsin, Grandson Vincent D S Domino
Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, Grandson Michael J Domino Genoa City, Wisconsin, Granddaughter Felecia S Chan, Kenosha, Wisconsin, Granddaughter Olivia S Chan, Kenosha, Wisconsin, Grandson Bruce A. Hackett Peoria, Arizona, Grandson Mathew J. Hackett, Peoria, Arizona, seven Great Grandchildren, and his beloved dog Layla, and cat, Button. David was loved by many, and will be greatly missed.
Services for David will be held on Friday October 29th, 2021 at 1:00pm at Trinity Church in Pell Lake, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held from 11:00am till the time of service at the church on October 29th, 2021
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family at the service, Trinity Church Pell Lake Wi. or mailed to Trinity Church C/O Melanie Domino.
