William Ernest Meadows

February 6, 1940 — July 24, 2020

William E. Meadows, 80, of the Lake Geneva area passed away at his home on July 24th, 2020.

Born William Ernest Meadows to the late Tea and Lona (Slaven) Meadows in Bridge 11 @ White Oaks Junction, Kentucky.  In 1961, in Kentucky, William was lucky enough to marry the love of his life Wilma.  Unfortunately, Wilma proceeded William in death in February of 2007.  Love struck William again when he met Jeanne Baird.  Jeanne and William spent 15 amazing years together.

William was a self-taught Tool & Die specialist.  William loved to go bowling and play around of golf.  He loved to travel with the people that he loved the most.   If you were to ask William what his greatest achievements in life were, he would say Working for the same employer, HPL, for 40 years, falling in love not once but twice in a lifetime, but nothing would surpass the greatest achievement of all raising his son William.

William is survived by his one son William (Bridgette) Meadows of Henderson, Nevada.  William is also survived by his second love Jeanne Baird and her children: Patricia (Robert) Learned, Raymond (Gisela) Baird, Michael (Peggy) Baird, Bill Baird, Regina Baird, Bridget (Charles) Coulter, and Mark (Melissa) Baird and one step grandson: Alexander Reyna.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
