Victoria Rose Wester, 12 days old, passed away unexpectedly on November 4th, 2015.
Born Victoria Rose Wester to Timothy Jr. and Erin (Effenheim) Wester in Elkhorn Wisconsin on October 23rd, 2015.
Her parents Timothy and Erin survive Victoria. A brother Jake and twin sister Alexandra and her paternal grandparents Timothy Sr. and Rosemary Wester and her maternal grandparents Tom and Judy Effenheim all survive Victoria.
Services for Victoria will be held on Tuesday November 10th, 2015 at 11:00am at Immanuel Lutheran Church 700 North Bloomfield Road Lake Geneva. Visitation will be from 9:30 until the time of service at the church.
