Obituary

Sandra L. Graham of Burlington, WI left this world peacefully on November 8, 2025, to be reunited with the love of her life, her husband, Roy. They are dancing together once again to all of their favorite country music artists.

Sandra Lea Graham was born April 22, 1946, in Nekoosa, WI to Orville and Ethel (Trickle) Fuller. On November 28, 1964, she was united in marriage to Roy M. Graham. Roy and Sandy moved to Washington early in their marriage and returned to Wisconsin in 1968, where they found their home for 53 years in Burlington on Hwy 11 called Windy Acres and raised their 2 children, Kelsey and Wade. Roy preceded her in death on September 29, 2025.

In her earlier years, Sandy worked for her relatives at Hanny’s restaurant in Lake Geneva, a place that held many fond memories. She played the drums in her father’s band, showcasing her musical talent. It was at Pete’s Hideaway where Roy first caught the eye of Sandy, who then came into the restaurant to ask her out – sparking a love story that lasted a lifetime.

Sandy was a talented and devoted seamstress for many years at The Bridal Suite in Burlington before owning and running the business for many years. She had a true passion for helping every bride feel beautiful on their special day. In addition to her bridal work, Sandy was gifted in embroidery, crocheting, quilting, and sewing, creating countless handmade treasures, especially her angels, that she proudly shared at local craft fairs alongside her best friend, Theresa Hardesty, and cousin Julie Kreighbaum. Sandy will be remembered for her creativity, kindness and the love she poured into everything she made.

Sandy cherished spending time with her family. She loved scrapbooking/crafting with her mom and daughter Kelsey. She enjoyed many dinners with Kelsey, Danny and Andrew, countless visits from her son Wade, having him help her with yard work/gardening, and taking Sunday Road trips to the driftless region with her husband, Roy. They loved going to the Pine Street Café for meals and visiting with the staff the last several yars. Above all, she was a devoted grandmother to her only grandchild, Andrew, and took great pride in attending his band and choir concerts and theater plays, where she was always his biggest fan.

She is survived by daughter Kelsey (Danny) Berg, of Edgerton, WI, son Wade Graham of Burlington, WI, grandson, Andrew Berg, her niece Vanessa (Eric) whom she helped raise and held a special place in her heart, her “other” daughters, Nancy, Sherry, and Lisa, many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was proceeded in death by her husband, parents, brother Gerald Fuller, and sister Debra Anadel.

Special thanks to Ridgestone Village staff, the Aurora Hospice Staff, and the many others for their support and compassion during this difficult time. Memorials can be donated to Aurora Hospice or The Alzheimer’s foundation.

A combined celebration of Sandra and Roy's life will be held in April of 2026.  A final date has not been set yet.
