Robert J. “Rob” Schultz, 56, of Lyons Township, died Friday April 3, 2015 at Saint Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. Robert Jeffrey Schultz was born in Waukegan, IL on October 21, 1958 the son of Warren G. and Helen (Mattes) Schultz. He graduated from Grays Lake Community High School in 1976. At the time of his death he was Project Engineer for Custom Services Plastics Company in Lake Geneva, WI. Rob enjoyed water sports of any kind; he was part of a dragon boat crew in Racine, WI, an avid kayaker and fisherman.
Rob is survived by: 2 daughters; Rebecca (Matt Lee) Schultz of Williams Bay, WI and Brianna (Justin Luebbers) Schultz of Hebron, IL, a brother Warren (Elise) Schultz of Bourbonnais, IL, 2 sisters; Mary Lou (Maurice) Glenne of Manhattan, KS and Elizabeth (Jim) Berger of Lafayette, IN. Rob was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Lawrence.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said Friday at 11:00am, April 10, 2015 at Saint Francis deSales Catholic Church, 148 Main St., in Lake Geneva, WI; Father Jim Scheurman will officiate. Rob’s family will receive visitors Friday, in church, from 9:00 a.m. until time of services. Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Lake Geneva is assisting with arrangements.
