Robert James Flinn Jr.

Robert J. Flinn Jr., 67, of the Lake Geneva Area passed away at his home on June 23, 2024.

Robert was born on May 1, 1957, in Elkhorn, Wisconsin to the late Robert Sr. and Joyce (Huska) Flinn.  Robert was one of seven children that Robert Sr. and Joyce would have.   Robert attended Badger High School and graduated with the class of 1976.  On March 21, 1980, Robert was united into marriage to Judith Blucher in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.

When you talk about Bob the one thing that Is always said is that he helped everyone.  He always made time for others, whether it was fixing a lawnmower, working on a car or some other project.  He was known as the Jack of All Trades in the neighborhood.  Bob enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  Road trips and family vacations were always special. Robert was a past member of the Lake Geneva Jaycees and of the Moose Lodge in McHenry, Illinois.

Robert and Judith would have four children: Julie (Keith) Morgan, Jaimeson Petersen, Brian (Amanda) Flinn, and Steven (Nicole Vuich) Flinn and they all survive him.  Eight grandchildren, Alex , Kevin, Taylor, Skyler, Tylie, Makenna, Chance, William, one great grandchild Hadley, (with another on the way).  Four sisters: Mary Joyce Flinn, Carol (Mark) Ulrich, Donna (Mike) Johnson, Diane Flinn and two brothers Daniel (Mary) Flinn and Frank (Nancy) Flinn all survive Robert.  As well as several nieces and nephews.

Services for Robert will be held on Sunday July 21, 2024 at 2:00pm in the main chapel of Derrick Funeral Home.  Gathering of Family and friends will be from 12:00pm till the time of service on July 21.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family has asked that you make a donation in Roberts name to the Walworth County Food & Diaper Bank .
