Raymond "Tony" Fecteau

lt is with immense heartbreak and unbearable sadness that I share with you that my husband Raymond Anthony "Tony" Fecteau passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in his sleep in the early morning hours of August 17, 2026.

He was born September 27, 1970 to Barb and Ray Fecteau. "My Tony" as his Mom would always refer to him, even as a grown man. He graduated from Harry D. Jacobs High School in Algonquin, Illinois in 1988. At this time, he had already started his career in Carpentry.

In April of 1990, we met and we knew we found "our forever" together. We married in June of 1994 and if you could imagine after 36 years together, waking up each day, loving each other more than the day before, that was us.

His career blossomed into an amazing one. After years in the industry, in 2012 he started his own business T. Fecteau Carpentry & More, LLC. His skills, his ideas, his visions and his unbelievable craftsmanship never ceased to amaze me and he was always learning more. He always said "I'm not that great" and I would say yes you are, you are amazing! This was Tony, unassuming, humble and kind.

His zest in all aspects of his life was something very special. He loved his home and his career and all that came with it.

Tony also had a great passion for many things including the great outdoors, water activities, bicycling, canoeing, beach vacations, snowmobiling, rides in our cars, the archery club and so much more. Everything we are, we are together and hand in hand, we enjoyed our lives with whatever we were doing, work or play.

Tony was a Man of integrity, always willing to lend a hand, simply an incredible Man that had a smile that was so genuine and kind.

He adored and was adored by his favorite felines who miss him terribly....to me, he was perfect, my greatest love, my world, my everything.

We will remember him in all adventures shared, the projects built and the everyday acts of a life lived to the fullest.

Tuesday, October 20, 2026 in the main chapel of Derrick Funeral Home, Lake Geneva, WI Visitation from 3pm to 5:30pm with a service from 5:30pm to 6pm.
