Mildred Johnson, 99, of Williams Bay, WI, died Tuesday March 29, 2016 at Lakeland Care Center in Elkhorn, WI. The former Mildred Kurhajec was born in Chicago, IL on March 6, 1917 the daughter of George and Susan (Borcovan) Kurhajec. In June of 1941, in Chicago, IL, she was united in marriage to Howard Schlicting; he preceded her in death in October of 1964. In May of 1973, in Chicago, she married Lorne Johnson; he preceded her in death in December of 1997. She had worked for many years as an auditor for United Airlines. Mildred is survived by: a son Dwight (Diane) Schlicting of Williams Bay, WI, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild and a brother George (Elaine) Kurhajec of Austin, TX.
