Mark Mercer Mergener Sr.

Mark M. Mergener Sr., 62, of Elkhorn, WI, died Tuesday June 27, 2017 at his home. Mark Mercer Mergener was born on May 24, 1955 in Elkhorn, WI the son of the late Louis and Mary (Mercer) Mergener. He graduated from Badger High School in Lake Geneva, WI in 1973; he then attended Mesa Community College in Mesa, AZ. On April 22, 1995 in Lake Geneva he was united in Marriage to the former Kathryn Crotty.
Mark was a talented tennis player and coach; he loved coaching kids at Elkhorn High School. He also enjoyed hunting pheasant with his friends.
Mark is survived by: Kathy, his wife of 22 years, a son Mark M. Mergener Jr. of Portage, WI, a brother Matthew Mergener of Lake Geneva, WI and 2 sisters; Tracey Mergener of Galesburg, IL and Page (Dino) Orfanos of Issaquah, WA. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Michelle.
There will be no services for Mark at this time.
