Mark J. Herich, 52, passed away Wednesday the 8th of July, 2015 at Lakeview Hospital in Waterford, Wisconsin.
Born Mark John Herich on September 6th, 1962 to the Reverend Arnold and Laurel (Johnson) Herich in McHenry, Illinois. Mark was a member of the graduating class from Oak Grove Lutheran High School in Fargo North Dakota in 1980.
Mark was proud of his involvement in the Concert Choir in High School. He was active in Immanuel Lutheran Church. Mark was big fan of Dungeons and Dragons, loved playing chess and was an avid board game player. Mark loved all kinds of music, was an avid Saxophone. Mark was a very proud and loved being the best uncle around to his nieces and nephews.
His mother; Laurel (Johnson) Herich of Lake Geneva survives Mark. 1 brother Chris (Denise) Herich of San Diego and 2 sisters: Gay (Kevin) Doyle of Algonquin, Illinois and Holly (Nels) Ekornaas of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin all survive Mark. 5 nephews and 2 nieces; Ryan, Mathew, and Nathaniel Herich, Andrew and Trevor Doyle, and Connor, Caitlin, and Annabelle Ekornass all survive Mark.
Visitation for Mark will be held in the Chapel of the Derrick Funeral Home of Lake Geneva Wisconsin on Friday the 10th of July 2015 from 4:00pm till 7:00pm. Services for Mark will be held on Saturday July 11th at 1:00pm at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Suring, Wisconsin with burial to follow at Hickory Cemetery. There will be a short visitation starting at 12:00pm until the time of service in the church.
