Margareta Weigandt, 100, died peacefully in her sleep on Monday August 18th in Lake Geneva, WI. She was born on January 20, 1914 in Gakova, Yugoslavia. In 1929 she married Sebastian Weigandt and raised 3 children, Magdalena (Scheuermann), Anton and Manfred. 5 grandchildren survive Margareta: Michael Weigandt, Steven Weigandt, Devin Weigandt, Axel Scheuermann, and Petra Scheuermann. 6 great-grandchildren survive Margareta: Sina & Toyah Beer, Ben, Tom, & Annika Scheuermann, and Alex Weigandt.
Funeral services will be held in the Chapel at St. Adalbert’s Cemetery Niles, IL on Thursday August 28th at 11am.
