Louella M. (Andrelzyk) Rogers

Louella M. Rogers, 88, of Lake Geneva, WI died Tuesday January 9, 2018 at her home.  The former Louella Marie Andrelzyk was born in Chicago, IL on April 27, 1929 the daughter of the late Vincent and Martha (Olsewski) Andrelzyk.  On October 21, 1950 in Chicago, IL she was united in marriage to Henry Rogers; he preceded her in death on May 3, 2003.

Louella was an active member of Saint Francis deSales Catholic Church in Lake Geneva.  She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, a well known greeter at Mass and a willing volunteer for other jobs that needed to be done.  She also was an active member of the Lake Geneva Lioness Club.

Louella is survived by: 6 children; Kenneth (Christine) Rogers of Carpentersville, IL, Terry (Tina) Rogers of Spring Grove, IL, Maryellen Rogers of Lake Geneva, WI, Wayne Rogers of Lake Geneva, WI,. Barbara (David) White of Cary, IL and Roxanne (Vahe) Talatian of Spring Grove, IL and 11 grandchildren

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday January 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Francis deSales Catholic Church in Lake Geneva.  Burial will be in Saint Adalbert’s Cemetery in Niles, IL at 2:00pm. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Derrick Funeral Home.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials are requested in Louella’s name to: Aurora At Home Hospice, or Saint Francis deSales Catholic Church.
