Lillian Solheim, 84, of Walworth, WI, died Thursday April 2, 2015 at Golden Years in Walworth. The former Lillian Lunde was born in Chicago, IL on May 5, 1930 the daughter of the late Chrisstoffer and Borghild (Olberg) Lunde. She graduated from Tuley High School in Chicago with the class of 1948. On February 23, 1952 in Chicago she was united in marriage to Austin Solheim. She was an active member of Calvary Community Church in Williams Bay, WI.
Lillian is survived by: Austin her husband of 63 years, 3 children: Mark (Pat) Solheim of Lake Geneva, WI, Kirsten Solheim of Lake Geneva, WI and Lisa (Pat) Kenny of Fontana, WI, 11 grandchildren; Kim (Luke) Nelson, Christine (Nate) Olson, Tory Solheim, Bradley, Juliana and Reid Solheim, Cortney and Lexie Blohm, Madeline, Corinne and Claire Kenny, and 3 great-grandchildren Henrik and Peder Nelson and Aurora Rydstedt. She was preceded in death by a son Glenn Solheim and his wife Carol and a sister Cleon Johnson.
Memorial Services will be held on Sunday April 12, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at Calvary Community Church in Williams Bay, WI: Pastor Doug Anderson will officiate. The Solheim family will receive visitors Sunday, in church, from 3:00 p.m. until time of services. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials are requested in Lillian’s name to Calvary Community Church. Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services, in Lake Geneva, is assisting the family.
