Kilbourne L. “Kip” McKittrick, 90, a lifelong resident of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly at his home on April 7th, 2016.

Kilbourne, better known as Kip to his friends and family, was born on May 2nd, 1925 in LaFarge, Wisconsin.  On July 6th 1943 Kip enter into the United States Army where he served until January 22nd, 1946. On June 1st, 1953 he was united into marriage to Mary Jane Wemmer.  Mary preceded Kip in death on July 19th, 2013.

3 children survive kip: Steven (Sharon) McKittrick of Beloit, WI, Sally (Darwin) Kavanaugh of Elkhorn, WI, and Perry (Leslie) McKittrick of Lake Geneva, WI.  3 Grandchildren: James (Michelle) Pody III, Scott (Susie) Pody, and Matthew (Amy) Podrasky all survive Kip.  Kip was preceded in death by his wife Mary, his parents, and his brothers and sister.

Services for Kip will be held on Tuesday April 12th, 2016 at 6:30pm in the chapel of Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation services of Lake Geneva, WI.  Visitation will be from 4:00pm till 7:00pm on Tuesday April 12th, 2016.  Burial will be held in Bear Creek Cemetery in LaFarge, WI on Wednesday April 13th, 2016 at 2:00pm.

In Lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family has asked that you make a donation to the McKittrick family.
