Kathryn Anne (Armstong) Wisniewski

Kathryn A. Wisniewski, 64, a longtime resident of Lake Geneva, WI, died Tuesday August 23, 2016 at her home. The former Kathryn Anne Armstrong was born in Hammond, Indiana on December 3, 1951 the daughter of the late Robert H. and Norma J. (Chandler) Armstrong. She grew up in Mequon, WI and was united in marriage on January 15, 1972 to Gordon P. Wisniewski at the Crossroads Presbyterian Church in Mequon. She had worked as a social worker working with adults with disabilities. She was former member of the Lake Geneva United Methodist Church.
Kathryn is survived by: Gordon, her husband of 44 years, 3 children; Casimir (Cheryl) Armstrong of Glen Rock, PA, Dr. Genevieve (Justin) Henry of Berlin, CT and Gabriel Wisniewski of Washington, DC, 3 sisters; Beth (the late Patrick) Gruber and her son Andrew of Lake Geneva, Laura Armstrong of Milwaukee, WI and Melissa Hansche and her children Elizabeth and William and a brother David (Jody) Armstrong of Kenosha, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law Patrick Gruber.
Private family services will be held.
