Karen Elizabeth (Havel) Hess

Karen Hess, 66 of Lake Geneva WI passed away at her home on Sunday September 12, 2021.

Born Karen Elizabeth Havel to the Robert J and Rosemarie (Kwidzinski) Havel Sr. in Chicago, Illinois on January 6th, 1955. Karen was the 4th oldest Sister of 6 sisters and 1 brother. On August 10, 1991, Karen was married to Glenn Hess in Island Lake, Illinois. Karen Loved her family with all her heart, made lifelong friendships, believed in her faith, loved her music and angels, and was the proudest Grandma to her grandchildren.

Karen is survived by her husband of 30 Years, Glenn.  Four children: Nina (James) Swiech, Greggory (Stephannie) Hess, Matthew Hess, and Jennifer (Jason) Schorsch all survive Karen.  Four grandchildren; Elizabeth and Jimbob Swiech, Aaliyah and Kinsley Hess all survive Karen.  Karen is survived by six sisters and one brother; Ruthie, Rosie, Mary, Barbara, Dorothy, Christina, Johnny.  She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Rosemarie Havel and one brother David.

Visitation for Karen will be held on Monday September 20th, 2021, from 3:00pm till 6:00pm in the main chapel of Derrick Funeral Home. Funeral Service will beheld at 5:00pm at Derrick Funeral Home.
