Judith Mary (Luedtke) Zastrow

Judith Mary Zastrow (Luedtke) age 84, loving wife of the late Roger L. Zastrow.  Beloved Mother to Ellyn Desancic (Zastrow), Louie Desancic and the late Michael Zastrow and cherished Grandmother to Scott and Steven passed away at her home in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin on August 27th, 2021

Judy was born in Wausau, Wisconsin to Arthur Luedtke and Grace Luedtke (Sabatke). Judy met Roger at a sock-hop in the 1950’s, and they were married in 1958. Later she and Roger moved to Chicago, Illinois. Judy worked at Minnesota Fabrics for 25 years as a seamstress, Custom making Halloween costumes, wedding dresses and Custom clothing, retiring in 2001. Self-proclaimed Scrabble Champion, Former member of the Red Hat Society, and known as the “Grand-Wise-Owl” by Scott.  Judith will be missed very greatly by everyone who knew her, and remembered by many as someone who could make you laugh.

Memorial Services  will be held at St. Phillips Church in Chicago, Illinois.
