Joseph And Carol Pihl

Joseph and Carol Pihl of Crystal Lake, IL, tragically lost their lives in a car accident on March 8th, 2025. Their 3 dogs died along side of them. They were survived by only child Ryane Likar, her husband, David Likar, along with two grandchildren, Aaron & Evelyn. Joseph was born June 30,1946 to the late Ernie and Millie Pihl. Carol was born July 24th, 1947 to the late Lou and Betty Schranz. Joe and Carol were lifelong partners in everything they did. They loved together and died together.

It broke our hearts to lose you both, But you did not go alone. For parts of us went with you both, The day God took you home. A celebration of their live will be held at a later date.
