Jaxon Mark Lupo

FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN AND SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE MAINTAINED

Jaxon Mark Lupo infant son of Christopher Lupo and Jamie Daniel passed away suddenly on Tuesday August 4, 2020 at Mercy Walworth Hospital.  Jaxon was born on July 31, 2020 at Mercy Walworth Hospital.

Jaxon is survived by his parents Christopher and Jamie, his maternal grandmother Kim Billings, his paternal grandparents Mark Lupo and Diane Kachurk, his maternal great-grandmother Donna Daniel, his paternal great-grandmother Joanne Lupo, 2 brothers Jonathan Wald and Dominic Lupo and a sister Sophia Lupo.

Services for Jaxon will be held Sunday August 16, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in the main chapel of the Derrick Funeral Home.  Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until time of services.
