James Arthur Regner

James A. Regner, 60, of Lake Geneva, WI, died Monday February 26, 2018 at his home.  James Arthur Regner was born in Milwaukee, WI the son of the late Marvin and Mary (Caughey) Regner. On February 14, 1995 he was united in marriage to the former Kristi Heffel.  He and Kristi were members of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Burlington, WI.   He was an avid bowler and golfer; while attending Milwaukee Area Technical College he was member of the golf team.  He was a member of the Mirror Lake Country Club in Pica GA. He also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles in ink.

James is survived by: his wife Kristi, a daughter Jennifer (Michael) Schaper of Freedom, WI, 4 grandchildren; Hailey, Jordan, Peyton and Madison, 4 sisters; Susan (Jerome) Zylka of Oak Creek, WI, Linda (Kevin) Clemmer of Wind Lake, WI, Kathleen Regner of Greendale, WI and Patricia (Jon) Lashua of Milwaukee, WI, 4 sisters-in-law; Carol (Darryl) Rosmait of Burlington, WI, Laural (Charles) Nowakowski of Muskego, WI,  Velma (Haji) Souri of Muskego, WI and Heidi Skokut of Kenosha, WI and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by a brother Michael.

Services for James will be held on Friday March 2, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Derrick Funeral Home in Lake Geneva, WI; Pastor Phil Ace Pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church will officiate.  Visitation will be Friday, at the funeral home, from 4:00 p.m. until time of services.  Entombment will be in Roselawn Memory Gardens.  In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials are requested to: Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital.  To sign the on-line guest registry click Guest Book on the left side of your screen.
