 
 Gayle O. Davis-Kurpeski, 69, of the Elkhorn area died on March 12th, 2016 at Village Glen in Lake Geneva.
Born Gayle Olena Clark on January 16th, 1947 to the late William and Ardis (Printz) Clark in Cairo, Illinois. Gayle was a member of the graduating class of 1965 from Cairo High School. After high school Gayle went on to get a bachelors degree in biology from Southern Illinois University. After Gayle graduated from Southern Illinois University she got a job with the Parker Pen Company where she was employed for over 20 years.
Gayle was involved in a card club, loved animals, loved music and loved to dance. In January of 1998 Gayle was united into marriage to Kenneth Kurpeski at Lake Havasu, Arizona.
Her husband, Ken, survives Gayle. 2 children, Alex Davis of Janesville, WI and Stacie (Matt) Kelso of Middleton, WI survive Gayle. 3 grandchildren: Emily, Layla, and Toby all survive Gayle. 1 sister, Ann (Gary) Kearney of Wickliffe, Kentucky and 1 brother: Jim (Glenda) Clark of Tulsa, Oklahoma also survives Gayle.
Services for Gayle will be held on Sunday March 20th, 2016 at 4:00pm in the chapel of Derrick Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 2:00pm until the time of the service on March 20th.
