Flora E. Boldt

Flora E. Boldt, 90, of Lake Geneva, WI, died Friday October 23, 2015 at her home.  Flora Elsie Boldt was born in Greenville, IL on May 9, 1925 the daughter of the late Harry and Bertha (Sieck) Boldt.  She graduated from Greenville High School in 1941 and then from Greenville College in 1947.  She had taught at Lakeland School in Elkhorn, WI for many years, retiring in 1989.  She was a member of the Wisconsin Retired Teachers Association.  Flora is survived by: her brother Duane “Pete”  (Isabelle) Boldt of Lake Geneva, her dearest companion Kay Falster of Lake Geneva, 3 nephews; John (Bonnie) Bold of Sidney, NB, Franklin Boldt of Lake Geneva and Richard (Rachel) Boldt of Round Rock, TX, 3 great-nephews and 2 great-nieces, and a special friend Kelly Noriega and her daughter.

Services for Flora will be held on Tuesday October 27, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Derrick Funeral Home in Lake Geneva; Pastor Heather Brewer of the Lake Geneva United Methodist Church will officiate.  Burial will follow in Roselawn Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be Tuesday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until time of services.  In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials are requested in Flora’s name to Lakeland School in Elkhorn, WI.  To sign the on-line guest registry click view/sign condolence book at the bottom of this page.
