It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Douglas Neil St.Onge, who left us peacefully on September 8,2025, at the age of 73. He was surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Pawtucket Rhode Island, on August 23, 1952, Doug graduated from Warwick Veterans High School in 1970 and attended Drury College in Missouri. He cherished the memories and friendships made during those formative years. Doug lived a full life with his beloved family in Southern California, traveling around the world, enjoying RV camping and boating, before settling in the charming town of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
Doug devoted his career to the tire industry, serving with distinction and a strong work ethic as a Logistics Manager. His commitment, expertise, and respect for others were widely recognized. He had a passion, love, and extensive knowledge for classic cars, which brought him a great deal of joy. A proud member of the Model A Club in California, he spent many weekends cruising with friends, sharing stories, and appreciating the beauty of vintage automobiles.
Outside of work and his hobbies, Doug was an active member of the Lions Club of California, where he made lasting friendships and contributed to the community in meaningful ways. He had many friends throughout his life who respected him and appreciated his kindness, generosity, and willingness to help. His friends will never forget what a good listener he was, how he accepted everyone for who they were, and how he brightened their lives with his sense of humor. Everyone loved Doug.
Doug is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Jacqueline, his devoted daughter Danielle, and his son Neal. He was a wonderful husband and father who valued family above all else, leaving a legacy of love that will carry on in their hearts.
Funeral services will be held in honor of Doug’s life, with details to be announced in the coming days. We invite all those who knew him to join us in celebrating a remarkable man who touched the lives of so many.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research in Doug’s memory. Rest in peace Doug. Your genuine, kind, and gentle spirit was a gift to everyone who knew you. You will be remembered with great fondness and deeply missed.
