Cynthia Renee (Billing) Bouchez

Cynthia R. Bouchez, passed away at her home on January 23rd, 2025.

Cynthia was born on September 26th, 1950, to the late Elmer and Helena (Flemming) Billing.  Cynthia was a member of the graduating class of 1968 from Williams Bay High School in Williams Bay, Wisconsin.  Cynthia was united into marriage to Emile Bouchez at Chapel on The Hill.

Cynthia loved to go on vacations and with her husband Emile by her side they traveled all over.  When the weren’t traveling they could be found, out in their boat, enjoying the water just being together or with a fishing pole in hand.

Cynthia is survived by her husband Emile and two children: Cherrie (Josh) Lininger and Amber Bouchez. Two grandchildren: Cade and Layne along with three of your siblings: Terry, Tommy and Patti, all survive Cynthia.  She was proceeded in death by her parents and to sibling: Dan Billing and Charles Billing.

Services for Cynthia will be held on Monday February 3rd, 2025, at 4:00pm in the main chapel of Derrick Funeral Home.  A gathering of family and friends will start at 2:00pm at the funeral home.
