Craig Marshall Schwenn

Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

Craig M. Schwenn, 75, of the Lake Como area passed away on Friday February 14, 2025, at his home.

Craig was born in Oak Park, Illinois, on August 23, 1949, to the late John and Birgit (Just) Schwenn.  Craig was inducted into the United States Marine Corp on November 28, 1966.  September 20, 1969, in Altoona, Pennsylvania, Craig was united into marriage to Margaret DeGennaro.

Craig was proud of his time that he served his country in the United States Marine.  Craig was an avid fisherman, loved to go bowling, and loved to sit back and listen to some good music.   Craig loved his family and would always make time for his grandkids.

Craig is survived by his wife of 55 years, Margaret.  Craig’s son Nathan (Aust) Schwenn, three grandchildren: Joe, Abygail, and Declyn along with his four siblings: Linda Vanderspool, Shelley (Dave) Mortenson, Brian (Sandy) Schwenn, and Terry Schwenn, all will survive him.  Craig was preceded in death by his son Jason Schwenn, his parents John and Birgit, and his brother-in-law Lee

A Celebration of Craig's Life will be held from 12:30pm to 3:30pm on June 7th, 2025 at Waters Edge on Delavan Lake (1220 South Shore Drive, Delavan, Wi.)
