Charles "Chuck" Tewell

Charles W. G. “Chuck” Tewell, 55, of Silver Lake, WI, died Wednesday December 14, 2016 at his home.  Charles William Guy Tewell was born on July 14, 1961 in Waukegan, IL the son of William and Carrie (Collins) Tewell.  He graduated from Waukegan High School with the class of 1980. After graduation he served with the United States Air Force.  On November 4, 1983 he was united in marriage to the former Nancy Jean Lutmer.  He had worked for several years as a mechanic for Car Max in Kenosha, WI.  Chuck enjoyed racing radio controlled cars.  He loved camping, fishing, horses and woodworking.

Chuck is survived by: Nancy, his wife of 33 years, 2 children; Elizabeth Ann (Donald) Tewell- Haima Jr. of Burlington, WI and Joshua J. G. Tewell also of Burlington, WI, 5 grandchildren; Jexis Haima, Zayden Haima, Kiersten Gorsline, Arianna Gorsline and Rhiannon Haima, 3 sisters; Karen (Mike) Harmon of Antioch, IL, Joann (Glen) Lilly of Brooksville, MS, and Joy Lynn Allen of Zion, IL.  He was preceded in death by his father.

Services for Chuck will be held on Wednesday December 21, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Lake Geneva, WI; Father Terence Langley of Saint John’s Catholic Church in Twin Lakes will officiate.  Visitation will be Wednesday, at the funeral home, from 3:00 p.m. until time of services.
