Benjamin Lambert, 40, of Lake Geneva Wisconsin died in his home on Wednesday June 10th, 2015.
Born Benjamin Orren Hickling Lambert on April 3rd, 1975 to Rob and Darlene (Hickling) Lambert in Anchorage Alaska. When Ben was 10 his family packed up and moved to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Ben was a member of the graduating class of 1993 from Badger High School in Lake Geneva. After high school Ben entered the United States Navy. Ben was able to attend college while in the service where he got his Master of Arts Degree in Homeland Security from the American Military University in 2013. On August 18th, 2012 Ben was united into marriage to Sara Hisey in Portage, Alaska.
Ben was proud to be an American and was proud to serve in the United States Navy. Ben’s true passion was in the field of photography. Ben had a love for food and cooking. Ben was one of the biggest Elvis fans around making many trips to Graceland.
Ben is survived by his wife of 3 years Sara (Hisey) Lambert. His parents Rob and Darlene Lambert of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, survive Ben. Ben’s brother Dan (Sarah) lambert of Pewaukee, WI and his sister Elizabeth (Cole) Dammier of Lake Geneva both survive Ben. Ben’s “Brother from a different Mother” as he was called Angel (Beckie) Molina of Florida also survives Ben. 2 nieces Monroe and Logan and 1 nephew Jackson survive Ben. Ben’s maternal grandmother: Betty “Bubba” Hickley of Anchorage Alaska.
Visitation for Ben will be held on Sunday the 14th of June, 2015 from 1pm-4pm in the chapel of Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Lake Geneva. Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Monday the 15th of June at the funeral home with full military honors to follow.
