Alice R. Reichle, 98, of Fountain Hills, AZ formerly of Morton Grove, IL, died Sunday December 9, 2012 in Scottsdale, AZ. The former Alice Rosaline Reichle was born in Chicago, IL on February 10, 1914 the daughter of the late William and Alice (Murphy) McCarthy. She was a 1931 graduate of Carl Schurz High School in Chicago. On August 14, 1937 in Chicago, IL she was united in marriage to William Reichle; he preceded her in death on February 16, 1977. She was a professional dancer for many years before opening her own dance studio in Chicago called Rosaline Dance Studio. She taught dancing for several years for the Morton Grove, IL Park District. However the highlight of her life was raising her children.
Alice is survived by: 4 children; Sharon (Andy) Koi of Scottsdale, AZ, Pamela (Michael) Scelsi of Mount Prospect, IL, Debra (Steve) Kilian of Slinger, WI and Bill (Dario) Reichle of San Francisco, CA, 6 grandchildren; Lisa (Carmen) Hanlon, Jill (Joe) Juska, Michael (Brandi) Scelsi, Jennifer Scelsi, Steve (Amanda) Kilian and Chris Kilian and 5 great-grandchildren; Julia, Olivia, Maylee, Bryan and Madilyn. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Grace Daly, Genevieve Rydin and Leona McDonald.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Monday December 17, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in Saint Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lake Geneva, WI; Father Angel Anaya will officiate. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, IL. The Reichle family will receive visitors Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Derrick Funeral Home, 800 Park Dr., Lake Geneva, WI.
