Karen, I just learned this morning of Michael's passing. I am so very sorry. I loved him as a student and respected him so much as an adult. I cannot begin to tell you how sad this makes me feel. I will keep Michael and you in my prayers.

Karen, so sorry to hear of Michael's passing. He was a kind and gentle spirit. I enjoyed the eight years we worked together at the newspaper. He always made coming to work fun. He is now at peace and with the ones he loved. My prayers and thoughts with you Karen. With love, Mary

I have had the pleasure of working with Michael for 20 years in my job and he in his. I will miss his kind personality and our weekly emails over our work. Although I was reading type, I could picture the smile on his face as we joked about various things and wished each other a wonderful weekend. May he rest in peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I personally know the loss of a loved one, and the pain can seem overwhelming, especially with one so young and vibrant. However, I found comfort in the Bible's promise for the future. Acts 24:15 speaks of a resurrection, a time when God will reunite us with our loved ones again! I hope this helps bring some comfort in this time of sorrow.

Michael made me smile with every interaction. We had plans to meet next winter as I'd be driving through Wisconsin for th holidays. My deepest thoughts go to a family that brought a good man like this into the world.
