Josephine Anne (Antolak) Nading

Josephine A. Nading, 97, of Fontana, Wisconsin died on Tuesday August 1, 2017.

Born Josephine Anne Antolak to the late Joseph and Anna (Piszczor) Antolak on March 17th, 1920 in Chicago, Illinois.  On February 28th, 1944 at St. Genevieve’s Catholic Church in Chicago, Illinois, Josephine was united into marriage to Veryl H. Nading.  Veryl preceded Josephine in death on March 28, 1986.

Josephine was the heart of her family, and enjoyed 22 years in her stone cottage in Fontana, Wi, where everyone gathered for holidays, birthdays, special events, and seasonal fun.  Her love of family was apparent in everything she did - cooking, gardening, knitting, fishing, and making sure she was always available to listen or provide suort.  She was a source of inspiration to her family and friends.  She always seemed younger than her years because she was open to new ideas, and a constant learner - growing in wisdom as the years went by

It can be said that Josephine touched many lives and made a difference in the world.

Josephine had many satisfying years in her professional life as a cost accountant for Milburn Construction Co. in Mt. Prospect, Il.  Josephine always said her favorite roles in life were that of devoted daughter, wife, sister, mother, grandmother & great grandmother.  She loved many, and they loved her back.

3 children survive Josephine: Linda (Robert) Grise of Franklin, Wisconsin, Laura (Jerry Levine) Allison of Fontana, Wisconsin, Dr. Tom (Lyn) Nading of North Barrington, Illinois.  10 Grandchildren; Dr. Lorielei Grise-Cole, Jennifer Girard, Margaret Muench, Dr. Lara Allison, Kelly Rassmussen, Jacob and Zachary Nading, and Nicholas, Anthony and Katelin Nading and 15 great-grandchildren all survive Josephine.  1 brother, Dr. Henry Antolak of West Palm Beach also survives Josephine.  1 daughter, Joni Nading, and 1 sister, Emily Wagner, preceded Josephine in death.

There will be a celebration of life on Sunday August 20th, 2017, from 1:00p, till 4:00pm at Chucks Lakeshore Inn in Fontanta, Wi.
