Joseph Louis Dlugosz

Joseph L. Dlugosz, 90, of Lake Geneva, WI, died Tuesday April 7, 2015 at his home.  Joseph Louis Dlugosz was born March 19, 1925 in Philadelphia, PA the son of the late Samuel and Helen (Popciak) Dlugosz.  Following graduation from high school in Philadelphia he attended the Philadelphia Museum School of Art graduating on June 4, 1951 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.  On August 10, 1946 he was united in marriage to the former Marilynn Marsh.  He was a Veteran of World War II serving with the United States Navy in the Atlantic Theater.

Joseph is survived by: Marilynn, his wife of 68 years, 2 children; Joseph J. Dlugosz of Punta Gordo, FL and Diannalynn (Bill) Chesen of Lake Geneva, WI,  
4 grandchildren; William A. Ledger, Joseph C. Ledger, Laura Wessel and Lindsey Chesen-Boahne and 5 great-grandchildren; Owen, Jake, David, Maddox and Lucille.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson Tristan Dlugosz.

Services for Joseph will be held on Friday July 26th, 2019 at 10:00am at St. Francis De Sales Church.  Burial will follow at 11:00am at Hazel Ridge Cemetery, Military Honors will be done at that time.

Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the Dlugosz family with arrangements.
