Darlene M. Hansen, 72, of the Delavan area died unexpecdelty at the Midwestern Regional Medical Center in Zion, Illinois.

Born Darlene Marie Bychowski in Chicago, Illinois on September 25, 1946 to the late Frank and Shirley Bychosksi. Darlene was a member of the graduating class of 1962 from St. Aplhonsus High School in Chicago. ON September 25, 1965 Darlene was united into marriage to the love of her life Thomas Hansen.

Darlene was the rock of the Hansen family.

Darlene is survived by her husband of 53 years, Thomas. 2 Children survive Darlene: Lynette (Joe) Hansen of Bayfield, Wisconsin and Lonnie (Ed) McLernon of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. 3 grandchildren: Michael (Sam) Benedict, Morgan (Chris) Benedict and Madison Held along with 1 great-grandchild: Ayden Michael Benedict all survive their grandma Darlene. 1 brother: Larry (Sandra) Bychowski of Crystal Lake and one son-in-law: Tim Held also survives Darlene.

Per Darlene’s request there will be no services held.
