Dear Family, Friends, and Visitors,
Please allow me to express my heartfelt condolences for Ann, and for Jim, too.
It was only a few months ago that I learned of their passing.
Ann was such a pretty and charming soul. I only crossed paths with her in-person on a few occasions. But, those meetings were always much more than pleasant.
How people like Ann, Jim, and every family member of theirs I ever met could show such a warm manor of hospitality, practically defies what I've come to expect from people I've met only briefly. No matter--that's exactly how I was treated.
I enjoyed a slightly-longer visit with them many years ago. Ann and Jim brought her brother, Joe, to stay with us overnight. A tropical storm was threatening. So, they immediately opened their home, which was further inland.
If I'd known them for decades, I don't think either of them could have shown me more kindness, or made me feel like more of a family member. Her warm smile and friendly manner were instantly contagious. I also seem to remember that she was a good cook!
I'm sorry that they are both gone from our earthly company. But, if wonderful people are the foundation of our hearts, my foundation is stronger for the contributions that these dear people left here.
Thank you for all of it.
Ed K.

Dear Annie's Family, I grew up with Annie in Calumet City, grade school through high school. Annie was always sweet, friendly, and just great to be around. Her inner warmth and caring about others was easy to see. Her smile was a wonderful gift and will be missed. May you all find comfort in wonderful memories of a great woman. Hugs to you all, Barbara Radebaugh

Ann was my first and forever friend at Prudential Ins. That was back in 1970. I will miss her dearly. She made me smile all the time and now I pray that she's smiling down on everyone of all the lives that she touched. Love, Nancy and my husband Jim

My heart goes out to Meghan & Beau...
