William Jessie Ptack

William J. Ptack, 63, of Genoa City died Sunday February 7th, 2016 at Lakeland Medical Center.

Born William Jessie Ptack to the late William and Virginia (Thomasson) Ptack in Chicago, Illinois on March 19th, 1952.  On March 21, 1981 William was united into marriage to Susan Lemire in Niles, Illinois.

William was a man who loved to work with his hands and could fix anything mechanical.  William loved working on small engines, loved going to flea markets, and loved looking at all the hidden treasures on EBay.

William is survived by his wife of 34 years Susan.  2 children: Gennifer Abbott of Burlington, WI and Betsy (Jacob) Ptak-Hollow of Genoa City survive William.  2 grandchildren: Taylor and Isobella survive William.  3 sisters: Gloria (Michael) Bondi of California, Carol Grace of Burlington, WI, and Judy TImko of Colorado and 1 brother; Arthur Ptak of Lake Como Wisconsin all survive William.

Service for William will be held at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation services in Lake Geneva, WI on Friday February 19, 2016.  Visitation will be from 1:00pm until the time of the service.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family has asked that you make a donation in William’s name to the charity of your choice.
