Milne was the instigator of our group. Together the 12 to 16 of us enjoyed a weekend of fun together each winter. It didn't matter if we had snow or not, Rich always found something entertaining for us to do...we swam (indoors of course), skied downhill, ice skated, tried our hand at cross country skiing, sledded, tubed, took sleigh rides and went sight-seeing. We stayed at resorts like Lake Lawn, Clock Tower, Green Lake or Galena Territory. We played games, talked, told jokes and laughed ourselves into tears. Summertime brought lots of fun, too, with plenty of swimming, boating and driving around looking at barns. However, it was our winter get-away memories with Rich as our fearless leader that have forever brightened our lives and brought smiles to our faces. We will never forget you, Rich Milne. You were one of a kind and we love you.

Richard was our guy. When he came to us we thought it wouldn't be for long and he gave us over a year of laughter and shenanigans. It began with McDonald's Sausage McMuffins and dwindled down to an abundance of chocolate milk. We hung all the cards he had recieved over the window and he stated "I am loved". Next to Donna I think Kathy was his greatest fan and #1 card supplier. I miss my Friend. We will all miss our Friend.
