Nancy Ann (Kibbe) Lyon

Nancy A. Lyon, 50, of Lake Geneva, passed away on September 22nd, 2016 at Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.

Born Nancy Ann Kibbe to Donald and Patricia (Fedorek) Kibbe on November 14th, 1965 in Warren, Pennsylvania.   Nancy was a member of the graduating class of 1984 from Warren High School.  After high school Nancy attended Jamestown Community College where she met the love of her life Mark.  On July 25, 1987 Nancy and Mark were united into marriage in Warren, Pennsylvania.  After the birth of their first child, Christopher, Nancy and Mark moved to Lake Geneva where they have lived for the past 26 years.

Nancy’s first love was always family.  She was a strong, beautiful wife and a loving, caring mother to her boys.  Nancy was so kind to others, such a gentle soul, and had many friends.  Even when Nancy became very sick, she would still ask everyone else how they were doing, always showing concern for others despite everything she had to battle.  Her grace, love, and strength will continue to be an inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Nancy's husband, Mark, of 29 years survives her.  Two Children: Christopher and Jamie Lyon, both of Lake Geneva and her father: Donald Kibbe of Warren, Pennsylvania and her sister Briar (Kibbe) Lane of Linesville, Pennsylvania all survive Nancy.  Many relatives and friends survive Nancy.  Nancy was preceded in death by her mother,  Patricia, on January 21st, 2015.

A celebration of Nancy's life will be held on Saturday October 8th, 2016 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm with a Memorial service at 3:00pm in the chapel of Derrick Funeral Home in Lake Geneva.
