Sue and David,
You lived @ 1167 Lakeshore Rd. east in Oakville and we were your next door neighbours at 1181. My name is Buff Cumberland and Mary and I were friends thought Grades 7 and 8. You guys moved to Hinsdale Chicago at the end of Grade 8 for Mary and I. We wrote over the years of high school and then we lost track.
At the OTHS reunion, I saw Helen Hassard and she tried to pass on my hello to Mary via Sue. But we did not re-connect. Mary was a great best friend at age
12 and 13. I am so sorry for your loss. Send an email back to me if you receive this

So many great memories I have of Mary! I last spent time with her in Key West this past May snorkeling in the choppiest water ever. She was always full of laughter and that's how I will remember her. My heart goes out to her brother and sister, she was lucky to have you to take care of her!

Anyone that knew her and heard of her passing are so saddened, we miss her. Tonight I will ask Andres Colin to play a song she enjoyed that he always did for her.

My thoughts and prayers are with David, Kathleen and the entire Schaffer family. I remember Frannie so fondly and will always remember our trips and her graciously letting me use one of her houses in Siesta Key after the Olympics. Thinking of you all and sending hugs.
