Marilyn K. (Albert) Kingston

Marilyn K. Kingston, 70, of Lake Geneva, WI, formerly of Pell Lake, died Friday September 20, 2013 at Saint Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI.  The former Marilyn Katherine Albert was born in Chicago, IL on March 20, 1943 the daughter of the late Fred and Laurentine (Klebba) Albert.  On November 11, 1967 in Chicago she was united in marriage to Patrick A. Kingston; he preceded her in death on July 11, 1988.  She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pell Lake, WI.  She had been the Administrative Coordinator for the former Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Pell Lake.  She enjoyed cooking, baking, and jewelry making.  She also enjoyed movie and TV trivia.  She spent many hours providing ministry to other people.
Marilyn is survived by: 2 daughters; Patty (Jake) Brever of Lake Geneva, WI and Lisa (Larry) Chay of Glen Ellyn, IL and 4 grandchildren; Ryan and Madison Waclaw and Grant and Evan Chay and the granddog Wilson.  She was preceded in death by a daughter Laura Waclaw and 2 brothers Thomas and Leslie Albert.
A Celebration of Marilyn’s life will be held on Wednesday September 25, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Derrick Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lake Geneva, WI; Pastor Brian Metke of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pell Lake, WI will officiate.  The Kingston family will receive visitors Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home.  To sign the on-line guest registry click view/sign condolence book at the bottom of this page.
