Gregory W. Hill

Gregory W. Hill, 57, of Lake Geneva, WI, died Sunday January 31, 2016 at his home.  Gregory Winward Hill was born in Madison, WI on March 19, 1959 the son of Robert and Janet (Winward) Hill.  He was a graduate of Leysin American School in Leysin, Switzerland.  He then attended Cal Poly Institute in Pomona, CA and the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater, WI.  He was a talented self-taught website designer.  Greg was a very strong advocate for women’s rights, especially domestic violence.  He was very conscious of current social issues.  He is survived by: his parents Bob and Janet Hill of Lake Geneva, 2 sisters; Catherine (Dan) Andersen of Oswego, IL and Sarah Hill of Lake Geneva, WI and a brother John (Joy) Hill of Ixonia, WI.  Private family services will be held.  In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials are requested in Greg’s name to: Open Arms Free Clinic, 205 Commerce Ct., Elkhorn, WI 53121.  Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the Hill family with arrangements.  To sign the on-line guest registry go to: www.derrickfuneralhome.com
