David "Dirt" Mulligan

David J. “Dirt” Mulligan, 55, of Lake Geneva, WI died Tuesday October 17, 2017 at his home.  David James Mulligan was born in Oak Park, IL on September 10, 1962 the son of Gerald and Frances (Southwick) Mulligan.  He graduated from Badger High School in Lake Geneva in 1980. He was a well known bar manager and bar tender in Lake Geneva.  He was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan. He loved to travel and to take long walks on the beach.  He was a good friend to many people and enjoyed their company.  He loved and enjoyed being with his family. He will be greatly missed by all

Dirt is survived by: his parents Jerry and Fran Mulligan of Lake Geneva, his daughter Presley Mulligan a student at Winona State University in Minnesota, his brother Brian (Patti) Mulligan of Lake Geneva, his girlfriend Lisa Jones of Lake Geneva, nieces Megan and Traci Mulligan and his Godmother Cheryl Kessler.

Services for Dirt will be held Monday October 23, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Derrick Funeral Home in Lake Geneva; Pastor Heather Brewer of the Lake Geneva United Methodist Church will officiate.  Visitation will be Monday, at the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. until time of services.  In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials are requested to the Presley Mulligan Education Fund.  Derrick Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the Mulligan family with arrangements.  To sign the on-line guest registry click guest book/condolences.
